| 1. How much are your wedding package prices? A. Ranging from $1,995.00 to $3,495.00. Please fill out a request form and we will mail you our brochure, or call us at (440) 352-2002 for a faster answer. | |
| 2. Do you offer coverage by the hour? A. We will be happy provide a quote for custom tailored coverage. | |
| 3. What will you wear to our wedding? A. We dress as formally as the guests would. | |
| 4. How long after the wedding will I get the preview prints ? A. In about two weeks. | |
5. Do we get the files? A. We offer a set of files at screen resolution 4x6 @72 dpi for $50.00. High resolution files are available two years after your wedding @ 150.00. |

| 6. Can my friends and family take pictures too ? A. They are welcome to take an occasional photo. We request that you do not appoint anyone to follow us for the day and copy everything that we take. This is distracting, and interferes with getting photojournalistic images. We expect to be the only official photographers of your wedding. | |
| 7. Do we have to feed you at our wedding ? A. No, we will let you know when we are going, and leave for a short time while you are eating dinner . If we are invited and assigned a seat we are glad to stay. | |
| 8. Do you accept credit cards ? A. Yes, Visa and Master card are welcome. | |
9. Do I have to give you a list of what I want you to take ? A. We each have years of experience, and we follow a routine that includes all of the family groups, and wedding party photographs that most people want. If you have something that you are afraid might be missed, a list is welcome. We also advise you to get a family member to gather the members of your family for group portraits, since they know who are the right people to include. |

| 10. How long will your photographs last? A. We use a professional printing lab that prints on Fuji silver process photo paper. These prints should last a lifetime under normal conditions. | |
